☀Conventional loans generally require that a Coliform Bacteria test be performed, though a buyer may option for additional water testing such as the pH, Lead, Iron, and others.
☀The VA and FHA generally require tests for Coliform Bacteria, Nitrates, Nitrites, and contaminants of local concern (i.e. pH, Hardness, Lead, Copper, Iron, etc.).
☀In addition the FHA requires testing for the presence of lead in the water.
